The Florida Department of Transportation is reminding drivers that going too slow is against the law and could result in a minimum fine of $121.

The Florida Department of Transportation is reminding drivers that going too slow is against the law, too.

Warnings have sprung up on Interstate 4, Florida’s Turnpike and other major roads telling motorists that if they choose to drive slower than the flow of traffic, they need to avoid the left lanes.

The warnings are displayed on dynamic messaging signs and read: “SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT MINIMUM FINE $121.

The statewide campaign is a continued effort to keep drivers safe and encourage safe use of the roads.
